The Deep Reset is a guided 90-minute experience that combines connected breathwork, carefully selected music, gentle movement and guided reflection.
Throughout the session you’ll be invited to reconnect with yourself in a safe and supportive environment.

Do I need any experience?
Not at all.
Whether this is your first experience with breathwork or your hundredth, you’ll be guided every step of the way.
What should I wear?
Comfortable layered clothing that allows you to move and breathe freely and also remove layers or add when nessasary.
What should I bring?
A bottle of water, a journal, a blanket & a pillow.
What if I become emotional?
This is a safe, supportive space where every experience is welcomed without judgement.
Some women experience emotion, while others simply feel calm or deeply relaxed. There is no right or wrong experience.
Is this suitable for everyone?
While many people can safely participate, breathwork isn’t suitable for everyone. If you have certain medical conditions (such as significant heart conditions, uncontrolled high blood pressure, epilepsy, are pregnant, or have other health concerns), please get in touch before booking so we can discuss whether this experience is appropriate for you.
